Courses and Training

SUN CERT organizes training courses and training internal and external auditors for management systems of quality, environment, occupational health and safety, food safety, information security, anti-bribery or integrated management systems with lecturers who have extensive auditing experience in various sectors of activity.

Also, SUN CERT organizes courses and seminars for:

  • Internal managerial control and risk management in public entities;
  • The development of the internal managerial control system in accordance with Order no. 600/2018;
  • Internal managerial control and integrated management system in public institutions;
  • Manager of the risk management system;
  • Evaluation of the organization's performance;
  • Objective-driven Management;
  • Responsible for the environment and responsible for waste management according to Emergency Ordinance no. 21/2021 regarding the waste regime, approved by Law no. 17/2023;
  • The requirements of EU regulation 679/2016 (GDPR).

On request, the courses can also be organized online.

According to the Fiscal Code, authorized specialization/improvement courses are exempt from VAT.

GD 924/2005 regarding the approval of general rules for the hygiene of food products transposes Regulation (EC) NO. 852/2004 on the hygiene of food products (amended by EC Regulations No. 1019/2008 and 219/2009 respectively) which stipulates that "Operators in the food sector shall develop, apply and permanently use one or more procedures based on HACCP principles".
